ClearMask warrants that Paint Protection films sold by ClearMask Protective films LP will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for five years from original purchase.
Important Notice: ClearMask Protective Films LP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. User is responsible for determining whether ClearMask paint protection film is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user's method of application.
Limitation of Remedies and Liability: If ClearMask paint protection film is proved to be defective. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT ClearMask's OPTION, SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ClearMask PRODUCT. ClearMask shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including, but nnot limited to, contract, negligence, warranty, or strict liability.
Dealer Applicator Warranties: Many Dealer Applicator's of paint protection film products offer extended warranties on their own, covering the value of the application performed. The dealer applicator is responsible for the costs of any extra warranties or remedies beyond those described herein.
Care and Maintenance: For maximum performance of ClearMask Paint Protection Films it is recommended that frequent washings and care consistent with automobile manufacturer's recommendations for surfaces be used. A regular application of high quality automotive wax (without abrasive compounds) will help retain the luster and performance of ClearMask paint protection films.

SHIPPING : ALL ClearMask Paint and Light protection film precut Do It Yourself Kits are manufactured to order for specific vehicles and considered "Special Orders".ClearMask will not be held responsible for delays caused by raw material availability or time in transit. Shipping and tracking information will be made available via email after order has been shipped. Shipping department hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time Monday through Friday.

Verify the parts recieved are for your vehicle before starting the application. "Special Order" (vehicle specific kits), are for any reason other than manufacturer defect a non-returnable item. Returns are the complete descretion and option of ClearMask Protective Films.
